Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be authorised before being sent. Items sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements
- Perishable goods (including food items)
- Personal care goods
- Custom or personalised products
- Gift cards
We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
EU & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unopened and in its original packaging
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
Please note: This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (including supplements).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
