Cancellation policy

Some products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchases work and how you can manage or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive products on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency you select.

Billing

  • You will be automatically charged at the selected interval (e.g. monthly)
  • Your payment details are stored securely by our payment providers
  • Charges will continue unless you cancel your subscription

Managing or Cancelling

You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by:

Cancellation Timing

  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date
  • If not, the next order may still be processed and dispatched

Returns on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our Returns Policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is not yet in stock.

Payment

  • You may be charged in full at checkout, or
  • A deposit may be taken, with the remaining balance charged before dispatch

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your pre-order any time before it has been dispatched
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled

After dispatch, returns will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy (if applicable)

For selected products, we may offer a “try before you buy” option.

How it works:

  • Your payment method will be authorised but not charged upfront
  • You will have a set trial period (communicated at checkout)

After the trial:

  • If you keep the product, your payment method will be charged in full
  • If you return the product within the trial period, you will not be charged

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy
  • We reserve the right to charge for items not returned within the trial period

General

  • We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any time
  • We may update pricing, but will notify you in advance
  • Continued use of a subscription confirms acceptance of any changes
